The role is a Security Support Officer . Your shift pattern will be variable with a pay rate of between 9.00 and 10.00. A vehicle is essential for this role. You will cover sites in Talacre, St Asaph, Wrexham & Chester. Security Support Officers must be available to cover various shift patterns as well as being flexible in their approach to working locations and potential changes to working patterns. Main Duties * The security officer will demonstrate their character as determined, trustworthy, attentive and approachable at all times when welcoming clients and customers - ensuring ID badges are created, allocated and collected when appropriate. * As the first point of contact for to all customers and clients, the Security Officer must have geographically aware of their local surroundings. * Travel to various client sites to cover sickness, holiday and provide support to the core team when required. * Must be able to man the phones, emails, IT systems, CCTV and Alarms, Doors and Car park if need be. * The relief security officer must spot and stop all suspicious sightings or potential criminal activity and retain full control until the arrival of emergency services. * Report to the Security Operations Manager. Qualifications To be considered for this role you will: * Have excellent timekeeping and attendance. * Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. * Have a positive outlook. * Be proactive and willing to help. * Flexible in terms of hours and locations. * MUST be Fully flexible to cover days, nights, weekends & bank holidays. * Able to be vetted for previous period of 5 years or since leaving compulsory education. * Team Player . * Hold a valid SIA Licence. * Hold a valid DVLA. * Smart, customer focused and well-groomed. * Approachable and fair person, and confident to act in difficult situations..
