Job Description

Providing an efficient 'right first time' repairs and maintenance services to our properties is one of our top priorities. We're looking for a plumber multi to work across North Hampshire (contractually based in Basingstoke). This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week. There's the opportunity to earn extra income based on a productivity-related bonus scheme. And to be included in a call-out rota, approximately 1 week in 6 which really enhances your take-home! As a plumber multi, you'll carry out plumbing alterations and maintenance to our properties, supplies and private appliances. You'll identify, diagnose and rectify any faults in appliances. And carry out repairs and maintenance within our properties including carpentry and other skilled trades. This role will involve some light admin duties and the use of an electronic handheld device. You'll need to have a qualification in plumbing (NVQ or equivalent). And be able to provide us with proof if you get shortlisted for an interview. You'll also need to have a strong background in a similar role. You'll need a full, clean, current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) to drive one of our vans.
