Senior Marketing Manager, Digital Neurology London BCGDV is working on a new digital offering that is part of a medtech healthcare company's digital innovation business unit. This business unit will focus on creating new digital products and platforms that transform the lives of patients. Digital Neurology will be the first product within this digital innovation unit. This product will be a next generation digital platform aimed at a neurological disorder to empower patients to better understand their condition, have better conversations with their doctor and ultimately achieve better health outcomes. The new venture has plans to grow aggressively to engage patient and health care professionals, with an initial focus in the US market. The business will scale aggressively in the next few years, and will be based in London, England, with international travel, up to a third travel to the US. Due to the planned growth of our venture, we are seeking a world class Senior Marketing Manager for the new Digital Neurology product. This role will report directly to the Lead of Sales & Marketing of the Digital Neurology. Roles & Responsibilities * Create and execute multi-channel growth marketing strategy targeting both consumers and healthcare professionals * Create and execute cross-channel marketing campaign, including both digital and traditional channels * Manage and improve lead generation campaign, with clear ROI * Plan and deploy innovative experiential and field marketing initiatives at the local level and for large congresses and patient advocacy events * Conduct comprehensive market research and multi-variant tests across all stakeholders to inform on customer segmentation, media preference, creative direction, and brand evolution * Create cross channel forecasts and provide numeric rationale for analysis to meet product needs * Set up daily, weekly and monthly internal/external reporting for all digital channels Background * Experience working in MedTech / medical devices / software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) / health services tech, particularly in regulated medical environment * Strong growth/digital marketing skillset in a B2C or B2B2C environment (i.e. SEO, PPC, paid social, A/B testing, Google Analytics, Hotjar etc.) * Prior product launch experience and leading go-to-market strategies * Prior experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and field marketing tactics in healthcare; experience in planning and executing tradeshows a plus * Prior experience working with a sales organisation to coordinate marketing efforts a plus * US healthcare experience is highly desirable * Tech/Startup/Agile experience preferred * Passionate about technology and healthcare and able to understand how digital innovation can transform businesses
