As AMZL Senior PM EU Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Compliance and Policies you will be working closely with legal teams and Risk and Compliance teams across the EU to develop and execute programs and develop mechanisms to effectively mitigate risks in our last mile operation. You are the primary POC for EU and WW Risk and Compliance teams in creating, aligning, and enforcing EU DSP policies. You will work with country teams in developing processes and tools in order for in country DSP management teams to enforce the correct policies. In addition you ensure DSPs have the right tools to manage their business in a compliant manner and enable DSP management to hold DSPs accountable by providing the right visibility. You will drive standards across all EU countries, which requires effective partnerships, alignment, and influence across all levels of country and EU leadership, as well as a thorough understanding of the operation and the last-mile industry. The role requires a high level of involvement with WW product and tech teams in identifying and scoping DSP facing tech solutions to better enforce and track critical DSP facing policies. Location flexible: Munich, Luxembourg or London Responsibilities: The ideal candidate requires experience in the transportation/ 3rd party logistics industry or a similar fast-paced logistics/distribution environment as you will be responsible to: - Develop effective processes, mechanisms and tech solutions to address and mitigate risks in the last mile operation of Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) - Manage projects and programs implementing the risk mitigation solutions in cooperation with legal, local in-country operations and tech teams - Identify and negotiate 3rd parties needed to improve last mile operational compliance - Pro-actively identify risks and propose mitigation actions - Ensure alignment of all DSP policies across EU and own the process flow for any needed changes or updates - Regularly update senior leadership on the status of your initiative
