Position: Community Care Coordinator Salary: £22,000pa Plus Bonus Location: Ashley, Head of Office We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator to coordinate our domiciliary service here at Compassionate Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our superb service. This is a full time permanent position and you will need to be flexible, working the on call phone over the occasional night and weekend. Experience within care is a must as you may have to deliver hands-on-care. This exciting Care Coordinator role with us is offering a salary of £22,000, plus additional non-contractual £1,500 annual duty enhancement for weekend and evening on-call. Our Mission is to raise the bar on care standards, supporting people to 'live' & not just exist The Role: As a Care Coordinator, you will use your excellent communication and leadership skills to build relationships with our carers, clients and families. With this role come high pressured duties where you are often required to think fast and use your own initiative. You will be the first point of contact where you are required to prioritise calls, take essential details, give advice, and make decisions about how to handle the situation.
