Job Description We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Altrincham, Sale & Wythenshawe as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home. You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. We are looking for someone who will enjoy building professional friendships and is comfortable in spending time in the company of others. Competitive hourly rate from 10/hour (with mileage contribution) Princess Royal Award-Winning Training Employee benefits and support In order to guarantee minimum 25-hour contracts we work in blocks of availability rather than shifts. CAREGivers are required to choose between a Full Day Rota or Split Shift Rota (see below) and commit their availability to these blocked hours. Full Day Rota (08h00 - 17h00) Week 1 (4-day week) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Week 2 (6-day week) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday- Sunday Alternatively, we also offer a split-shift option for 25 Guaranteed Hours. Split Shift Rota (08h00 - 11h15 & 18h00 - 19h30) Week 1 (4-day week) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Week 2 (6-day week) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday- Sunday *Please note that the allocated midweek day off can also be Tuesday or Thursday Qualifications A huge heart, compassion and empathy.
