The Integration Support Engineer will join a newly established team within the Prime Video Partner Engineering org, who are responsible for the worldwide distribution of the Prime Video application across living-room streaming devices. You will work directly with our partners such as Samsung, LG and Sony, to name a few. The role will be pivotal in assisting these partners to fully integrate Prime Video client applications on a growing range of living-room streaming devices such as Smart TVs and Set Top Boxes. You will have the opportunity to troubleshoot all aspects of Prime Video integration and verification, gaining a deep understanding of our full software stack, and become an expert at supporting these devices. You will support and champion device-specific live performance issues to ensure these are driven to resolution and in doing so, you will have a direct impact on the overall end customer experience of Prime Video across thousands of devices. In turn, you will become a customer advocate to influence feature developments and roadmaps owned by core development teams and moreover, you will have the freedom and encouragement to explore your own ideas with the reward of seeing your contributions benefit millions of Amazon customers worldwide. You will have an established background of working within a customer-facing environment, great communication and organizational skills, strong analytical reasoning, and above all, a motivation to deliver results and an eagerness to learn.
