What will you do? Joining the heart of the production team on a 6 month fixed term contract, you'll be a key support to our producers, creative producers and Head of Production. Assisting with general admin tasks like raising POs, expenses, dealing with invoices and booking travel when necessary, you'll also have the opportunity to get stuck into assisting on productions with PPM decks, casting forms and attending shoots where possible. This is a super varied role and one in which you'll be the go-to within the team for booking sound recording and post-production sessions as well as helping to put together mood films and recording narratives. You'll be responsible for general research and key to finding new and diverse directors and other production professionals for us to work with. Requirements About you Having already had some exposure to the advertising production world in an admin capacity, you'll be a self-starter with bags of initiative and willing to roll your sleeves up to get the job done. Creatively minded, you'll be a vital cog in the production team wheel so you'll have previous experience of working within a collaborative team environment. This role requires you to be reactive to client and agency requests so you'll be comfortable working in an agile environment where priorities can quickly change.
