Job Description

Antler is a London based Start-Up Generator Program that backs exceptional individuals to launch their own startup in a low-risk environment. We run six months long programs twice a year open to entrepreneurs, domain experts, technical ninjas and business specialists from any industry, any country and at any stage of their life and career. We pay you a generous grant to commit full time to building your best idea. During the program we support you in finding a partner with whom you'll be on equal footing. You will form a new company where you choose your area of business and how you apply your skills. We are industry agnostic so if you're passionate about solving a problem in the following areas: medtech, fintech, proptech, regtech, edtech, adtech or insurtech... we'd love to hear from you! How does it work? Our Program is in two phases: Phase 1: * You will find your co-founder(s) and an amazing start-up idea to work on (if you don't already have one). * You will receive dedicated and personalised coaching and mentoring from our London team and will have access to our global network of over 400 advisors. * You will improve your development knowledge and technical skills by networking with various other passionate and like minded individuals. * You will enjoy inspirational talks and learn about extraordinary business success stories from driven entrepreneurs and renowned investors. Phase 2: * You will build your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with your co-founder(s) and Antler's support * You and your business partner will acquire your first customers * If all goes well, your company will begin generating real revenues * At the end of phase 2, your company will get to present to hundreds of investors at our Demo Day Applications for our March program are now closed. Next program: End of September 2020 Details: * Location: Central London * Duration: Permanent * Remuneration: You will receive a stipend of 5,000 in phase 1 of the program (paid in 2 instalments). If we believe in your idea & your team, Antler will invest 120,000 in exchange of 10% equity. * Application process: 1 questionnaire, 1 phone interview, 1 online test and 2 face to face meetings Please note that unfortunately at this time we do not provide visa sponsorship
