Amazon Advertising is looking for an experienced Snr Program Manager to join the EU5 Business Operations team. The charter for EU5 Business Operations is 2 fold: (1) identify root causes of slower growth in EU compared to US and to address them with the global operations, sales, and product teams, and (2) develop cross-EU mechanisms to improve business results and responsiveness to our customers, while also bringing together teams who perceive themselves to be operating in silos. The Snr Program Manager - Advertising Business Operations will be driving operational excellence in the mechanisms we use across advertising in UK, DE, FR, IT and ES. With exceptional program management aptitude and passion for experimentation, you will work independently, have a strong backbone, and effectively define new programs and set strategy across our European advertising operations and design organization. You are obsessed about the customer and not afraid to prioritize or make hard decisions that continually raise the bar and improve our customer's experience and engagement with our advertisers. Success in this position will require strong leadership and communication skills, excellent fundamentals in deriving business intelligence, and "big idea" creativity that utilizes multiple Amazon tools, platforms and other resources to deliver results. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
