Senior Sales Manager What were looking for We're hiring for a Senior Sales Manager following our acquisition by Just Eat in 2019. We have exciting plans and our strategic focus is on acquiring large and enterprise-sized customers to drive the future expansion and growth of the company. We are looking for a focussed and engaging Senior Sales Manager to help us deliver on this strategy. You should have a track record of negotiating complex sales and long sales cycles, as well as a highly strategic approach to converting leads into revenue. You should have sales experiences from contract catering or related industries. Who we are At City Pantry, were changing the way people work together. What you will be doing * Drive Enterprise sales for City Pantry from origination to contract signing * Develop an enterprise sales strategy and plan from the ground up * Define and own the enterprise sales process end-to-end, including request for proposal (RFP) and bid and tender processes * Work as a part of a cross-functional team to develop our Enterprise service proposition and sales pipeline, including (but not limited to) working closely with our Executive Leadership team and Product, Account Management, Vendor Management and Operations teams * Lead cross-functional bid teams to strategically target priority accounts * Work closely with our Marketing team to build a pipeline of Enterprise leads through informing target audiences, value propositions and lead scoring * Monitor the competitive landscape to identify threats, opportunities and potential strategic partners for City Pantry * Represent City Pantry at relevant industry events and forums Requirements * 5+ years experience selling food services, contract catering, facilities management or other workplace services to large corporates/enterprise business & industry clients * Proven track record of closing 500k+ annual recurring revenue deals * Experience working cross-functionally (e.g. with Marketing, Product and Operations) to deliver Enterprise sales growth * Experience leading and delivering request for proposal, bid and tender processes * Excellent communication skills and deep customer focus and empathy * Hands-on attitude and can-do approach towards the entire sales process * Enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative and ambitious environment Nice to have; * Experience developing strategic partnerships * Experience selling to multinational professional and financial, technology/SaaS business * Experience leading and/or scaling an Enterprise sales team Benefits Heres what you can expect from us; * <75,000 + commission + benefits (depending on fit and experience) * Unlimited holiday * Flexible working hours * 2000 annual education allowance for you to spend on learning and development * Weekly office Yoga and five-a-side Football * Free lunch every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, supplied by one of our wonderful vendors * Membership to CODE App, offering you discounts for some of Londons tastiest hot spots * Frequent company-organised social events (past examples include: escape rooms, clip n climb, Pub quizzes celebratory dinners and meditation sessions!)
