There is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up." - J.Holmes The ability to drive is essential for this post Full Time Support Worker roles in Swansea East and Swansea West You will be providing an excellent standard of care to our Service Users; helping them with Personal Care, Meal Preparation, providing Companionship and assisting with Medication (as prescribed by their medical professional), to safeguard their wellbeing. We provide full training for this role, supported by shadow shifts arranged with an experienced carer, helping you adjust to your new role within the community. Our dedicated Telephone Support Team are also available to support you the whole time you are out caring for our service users.
