Job Description
Purpose of Role The PPC manager will manage paid search, paid social and display campaigns supporting the Senior Digital Marketing Manager - Acquisition to bring high quality traffic and new customers to the Claire's and Icing website whilst maximising ROI. Role and Responsibilities: * Plan and execute paid media campaigns to deliver weekly traffic, revenue and efficiency targets and incremental year over year growth * Manage external partners to develop key strategies and ensure that PPC campaigns are aligned and complement corporate initiatives * Lead the process for testing new paid media products and techniques to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns whilst measuring results * Build, expand and manage best-in-class paid social campaigns across platforms including Facebook and Instagram. Devise a test and learn strategy to optimise video creative and trial new platforms * Improve processes and drive efficiencies across the paid channels * Closely monitor and optimise display marketing campaigns, ensuring ads are relevant, engaging and optimised towards new vs. existing customers. * Manage the paid media budget across each paid channel ensuring that we capitalize on demand and that each campaign has an optimal level of investment * Perform detailed analysis and reporting to demonstrate impact of paid media spend online and in-store and the effectiveness of creative assets * Champion paid media within the organisation and work closely with the marketing, trade and creative team sharing knowledge and insight when appropriate * Work as a proactive member of the digital marketing and wider e-commerce team, offering ideas and insights for the benefit of overall revenue targets Essential Criteria * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or mathematics * Solid experience in managing paid search and paid social campaigns * Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce team, ideally fashion retail * Ability to interpret large amounts of data, spot trends and insights and make data-driven decisions * Strong attention to detail and demonstrates a high level of accuracy * Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple channels * Strong critical thinking and decision making skills * Good communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders * Excellent collaboration skills to cooperate with teams across different areas of the business (marketing, trade, creative etc.) * Self-driven and highly motivated to succeed
