The Amazon Device Marketing team is looking for a seasoned marketing professional who is innovative, creative and excited about implementing Engagement initiatives for Fire Tablet Devices. Job Responsibilities Develop engagement campaigns that generate connection, usage, and retention; measure performance; report outcomes; and improve campaigns Invent new methods to personalize communications with customers across lifecycle Optimize the best communication methods and personalized messages for current and prospective customers based on analysis of relevant engagement KPIs Work with device teams to build better customer experience on the Amazon tablet based on customer usage and feedback Partner with digital content teams to prioritize new selection as well as collaborate with Business Analysts to interpret device usage behaviour Manage scheduling and implementing on device Marketing campaigns and conduct performance results to generate insights and suggest improvements Own full-year usage and engagement goals; track progress and action plan to achieve goals in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with Amazon devices leadership Develop campaigns to test and learn about customer behaviour on device; share best practices across categories and regions
