SPM SnS Acquisition

Amazon is looking for a talented, driven, analytical, and customer-obsessed leader to lead Acquisition for Subscribe and Save (SnS) worldwide. Our vision for SnS is to offer customers recurring auto-deliveries of any replenishable item, at any frequency, everywhere in the world. We deliver this vision through defining and executing strategies grouped by four pillars that drive customer experience: Selection, Acquisition, Engagement and Retention. As WW Program Lead for the Acquisition pillar, you will define and deliver plans to drive the acquisition of subscribers in EU and globally. This includes increasing customer visibility of the program across the site and driving conversion through incentives and optimizing customer messaging. This involves staying close to customer needs, aligning plans and delivering global execution of the strategy by partnering with Tech, Product, and Business teams internationally. To be successful in this role you will be passionate about identifying and delivering solutions to address customer needs and opportunities. You are adept at navigating ambiguous situations, and finding answers to your own and others questions. You are effective at prioritizing, and skilled at delivering initiatives internationally. You have strong interpersonal skills, and are adept at influencing and being effective in a matrixed environment. Lastly, you are detail-oriented, extremely organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and comfortable working with various internal stakeholders.
