Job Description

Purpose of Role The Store Operations Support function is responsible for ensuring that they provide clear concise and accurate communication and effective support between the field and head office, ensuring the needs of the field are met in a timely manner. Main Responsibilities * Using our internal system Manage Engine, deal with all email enquiries from the Stores, Field teams and key departments at Head Office. Logging all emails to the correct category, taking actions when needed and escalating any high priority issues to the right departments. * Coordinate incoming calls/voicemails from Field team and Store staff and forward to the correct department and to ensure that the solutions to any problems are completed. * Coordinate and send all business communications, Roadmaps, Memo Packs and weekly reports through the Claire's HUB and Inotes. * Dealing with all graphic requests/orders from stores following in store planogram changes and marketing lead campaigns. * Support the Operations team for conference and meetings. * Validate key documents for stores/field teams, working in partnership with translation team. * Working in partnership with the key head office departments to ensure stores and field teams have the support they need to focus on driving their business. * Any other ad hoc duties within the Operations team. Essential Criteria * A to C grade GCSE English (or equivalent) * Experience of working in a customer facing role * Microsoft Office, Excel and Internet * Fluent in German (2nd language Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is desirable) About Claire's We are one of the world's leading specialty retailers of fashionable jewellery and accessories for young women, teens, tweens and kids.
