Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join Amazon Advertising's growing team in Europe. The Program Manager will work actively to drive adoption of Performance Display products for Amazon DSP, including strategic planning, product innovation, market research, competitive analysis, product requirements, customer interviews, and product delivery in partnership with the technology and business teams. The ideal candidate is agile enough to thrive in an environment that blends a responsibility for not only envisioning creative solutions, but leverages a data-driven approach to validate these ideas. This job can be based in any of the following locations: London, Munich, Paris, Madrid, Milan. Specific Responsibilities include: Starting from the customer's perspective in order to develop product strategy, product definition, pricing, and positioning, thereby supporting Amazon's ability to deliver successful cross-platform performance advertising campaigns. Define what our advertisers and agencies want from our core display advertising product, including how it's packaged, how it's targeted, how it's tracked, and how it's reported. Manage products through initial launch and follow-on releases, identifying dependencies and clearing blockers to help drive client adoption and retention. Think big to define opportunities for advertising in a fragmented digital landscape. Provide in-depth analysis into the existing industry and opportunities you find. Own the process for understanding customer needs and market segmentation. Help define and drive the overall product strategy and roadmap. Own portions of the roadmap for our advertising platform and products. Provide a strong sense of ownership and focus on execution. Manage partner relationships and ongoing programs to maximize performance and meet business objectives. Develop product requirements for new initiatives. Work across teams in a dynamic environment made up of business leaders, finance, other product leaders, analysts, designers, engineers, business development leaders, partners and, most importantly, customers.
