ORGANISATION Reports to: Area Manager bareMinerals Job Location: Glasgow Boutique Contract type: Permanent Contract, 37.5hours per week over 5days MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Through your leadership you will develop the team to offer exceptional service, which is at the heart of all that bare Minerals stands for. You will ensure that the Boutique offers our customers the ultimate brand experience. Leading by example, you will educate the customer and share product knowledge to achieve all of your sales goals. You will have a natural talent in building meaningful connections with colleagues and customers, and find innovative to develop opportunities that will develop a new bareMinerals community, whilst engaging your existing, loyal network. With your passion for the brand you will drive the Business, setting objectives for the store and driving sales, whilst ensuring that the day to day running of the store is perfect. We will provide you with all the training and development so that you become a true Brand Ambassador. In addition, you will work closely with your Area Manager, Education team and HR as you draw on your management experience to deliver your business plan whilst coaching, developing and managing your team. You'll be motivated and goal orientated, always ready to learn new skills and further your abilities and creativity. The bareMinerals counter gets busy during peak times so we expect you be able to be reactive as well as proactive, and go out of your way to drive your team. PROFILE * Retail Management experience, within a standalone store * Experience in coaching and leading a team * Understanding of KPIs and able to drive these across a team/business * Ability to influence and build external and internal relationships. * Demonstrable retail sales experience * Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast paced environment * Self-motivated and results driven * Flexibility to work key trading hours * Alignment with the group's "Trust8" working principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success POSITION REFERENCE NUMBER: xxxxxx
