The Role We look for highly motivated, decisive individuals who want to work in a fast paced, ever changing trading environment. We are seeking self motivated, driven individuals with business acumen and analytical capabilities. An ambition to succeed coupled with an entrepreneurial attitude will assist the successful candidate's development in a challenging role at Liquid Capital. The successful candidate will join our team of Traders / Portfolio Managers based in London. They will have the responsibility of trading strategies which can range from option market making, futures market making, systematic, discretionary or something we have not thought of. We are looking to expand the products and strategies we trade to utilise excess capital, so propose something to us and we will determine if the strategy fits our risk/reward tolerances. Key Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for: * Trading a portfolio * Totally responsible for the revenue generation on your portfolio * Be expected to manage the risk profile within the limits provided by the firm's Risk department The successful applicant will have: * Five or more years trading experience * Proven track record of profitability * Strong work ethic with attention to detail * Disciplined trading style * Ability to work under pressure * Ability to work on multiple products * Work well as part of a team. * Strong understanding of risk in your products
