We support fund managers, global companies, family offices and private clients operating worldwide. Job Description You'll play a vital role in our Client Services team. As a Senior Fund Accountant, your role will be to manage a team of accountants, ensuring they are all well trained and motivated to deliver excellent client service. You'll ensure all tasks are appropriately allocated across the team to meet deadlines and open development opportunity doors for other team members. Acting as the first point of escalation for client queries, you'll need a 'can do' attitude and you'll need to have the ability to lead by example. You'll need to be highly organised, pay close attention to detail and be keen to cope with multiple task, prioritise and provide excellent customer services, which IQEQ is well known for. You'll need to be highly organised as make sure that there is regular client contact through weekly phone calls and emails. Knowing how to build an effective team by fostering open dialogue, working collaboratively and instilling trust, through honesty integrity and sincerity is essential. Sharing your knowledge and experience to up-skill your team is key so collectively you'll can find solutions to build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients gaining insight into their needs and delivering customer-centric solutions. We will need you to use your initiative as we will need your assistance and suggestions on how we can add value to our service delivery by looking for ways we can get better at what they do in the most efficient way possible. You will have proven experience of reviewing client deliverables (management accounts, cash postings, consolidation workings financial accounts, ad-hoc analyses etc) ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery to the client. It is essential that you follow the correct processes and procedures to help us ensure we are compliant with applicable laws, service standards, company policies and procedures. You will need to have a curious mind and use your initiative to identify any risks or concerns ensuring you report them in a timely manner. Your long-term career goals are important to us too. Qualifications * Qualified Accountant (ACCA /ACA ), or equivalent * Proven Post Qualification Experience * Experience with providing services to multiple clients and managing client relationships * IFRS Consolidation experience is ESSENTIAL * Proven experience of working in Fund Admin/Private Equity industry sector * Sage/Sigma Consolidation experience * Experience of managing a team/trainee accountants * Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines * Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and data manipulation (desirable) Additional Information At IQ-EQ we want you to reach your full potential.
