To expand into various regions, AWS adheres to required IT Security compliance frameworks and seeks opportunities to best support our growing customers by obtaining strategic compliance certifications. AWS is seeking an experienced, self-motivated program manager who possesses a unique balance of Security & Compliance depth and strong interpersonal skills to join our Security Assurance Team. They must thrive in fast-paced environments, invent and simplify processes, and simultaneously support multiple projects impacting a growing global organization. The Audit Program Manager will partner across multiple departments within AWS to summarize, manage and drive artifacts that provide evidence to attest to AWS' security posture. The Audit Program Manager will be responsible to execute and onboard attestations and certifications that enable our customers to move workloads to the cloud. Strong judgment and communication skills, long term vision, and continuous focus on customer enablement and operational excellence are essential for the success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Support cross-functional groups and projects, as well as effectively managing deliverables. - Manage to tight deadlines and drive for results, while being extremely detail orientated. - Prepare audit project plans and track projects through fruition. - Understand, communicate, and deliver evidence of our internal control environment to third party auditors. - Translate regulatory requirements to AWS service controls and communicate alignment to stakeholders. - Manage multiple work streams simultaneously while regularly reporting objectives and status to key stakeholders. - Support metrics, implement data collections mechanisms, analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements.
