Role: Provide quantity surveyor duties on projects to protect the company's interest and deliver tender margin-plus with effective cost and value management. Key Responsibilities: * Commercial interaction with client and operations team * Procurement of works to meet programme and tender * Payment applications and collection of cash * Supply chain management and payment * Change control * Monthly Cost and Value Reporting * Forecasting out-turn cost and value * Risk / opportunity management * Develop junior members of team
