GQR Global Markets are looking for a Quant Specialist to join their London Office to a high functioning, elite team due to rapid growth. GQR have been working in the Quant space since Inception in 2009 meaning we have a secure and strong network of loyal clients in the Banking and Finance space. We are looking for a Consultant with over 3 years' experience recruiting into Quant Markets as we have an opportunity to take responsibility for some of our key accounts and development further into a thriving vertical. Your Responsibilities: * Develop new business ventures and nurture existing clients * Originate, structure, and negotiate complex deals * Participate in presentations with internal executives, external clients and key industry figures * Take Responsibility for hosting internal training and mentoring more junior members of the Quant team * Leverage an innate intellectual curiosity and develop market knowledge to engage key stakeholders with opportunity to head up market specific events. You must be a collaborative individual as though GQR are have a very collaborative policy and we always look to work together and knowledge share, this role will be working closely with our Technology team due to a number of the key clients and influencers are from the same market. GQR has been in London for over 10 years now and we are Market leaders in the Quant headhunting space among other areas.
