Job Description
An exciting new role has come available in Northern Ireland for a fluent GERMAN speaker to join and international Customer Support team. The job is based in Belfast - a vibrant and multicultural city with lots of activities to do during the day as well as in the evening. Besides this, outside the city you will find beautiful countryside to explore! As a Customer Support Advisor you will represent a company specialising in vaping products. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers via phone, email, live chat as well as via Social Media. Listening to the customers needs, providing product information and answering any queries and solving issues will be part of your daily tasks and responsibilities. This is a busy and versatile role that suits an experienced customer service professional. The successful candidate has: * Excellent communication skills with fluency in both German and English * Previous experience in customer service * Ability to multi-task * Fast learner The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype. Once you are successful you will be asked to book your own flight to Belfast, but your flight costs will be reimbursed (up to 150 Euro), 7 nights in a city centre hotel upon arrival, Support in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and much more Employment Type: Full time
