Job Description
At Gold Care Homes, we are looking to recruit to a new and exciting department tasked with bringing in digital and transformational technologies to transform the way we work. This role will be tasked with improving the knowledge base of our internal stakeholders and ensuring efficiency is achieved across our internal systems. Predominately based in Uxbridge, the successful candidate will be a regular traveller to our 21 sites to deliver maximum systems efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Service Improvement, this role will focus on demonstrating and monitoring best practice across our platforms. Responsibilities: - Ensure the department provides support for the Company's internal and external systems. - Identify and execute on new opportunities for system development. - Provide valuable business insight by assisting the Director of Service Improvement research best working practices. - Working with our training department to create a robust training program in order to support all internal stakeholders including new starters. - Ensure current systems and usability instructions are refreshed for all users. - Ensuring learning solutions are focused on driving maximum business performance. - Liaising with external service providers to deliver a robust training session. Requirements - Would suit a recent graduate who is eager to learn and has a keen interest in digital transformational and best practice. - Excellent communication and presentation style. - Experience of delivering smart working practices. - Existing experience of service/business improvement essential. - Recognised training qualifications would be an advantage but not essential.
