In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Amazon regulated businesses in their regulatory compliance obligations, including the management of regulatory examinations by supervisory and regulatory authorities, management of Compliance independent reviews and external audits, and managing third party/bank visits regarding Amazon compliance program. You will also support the Compliance Officers to ensure robust policies, controls are in place across Amazon regulated business, and that they are in line with regulatory change. Regulatory Scope: Regulations: Payment Services Directive, AML Regulations, Data Protection and Privacy/GPDR, lending Regulations (multi -jurisdictions) Key Responsibilities Internal Oversight Ensure appropriate internal oversight is established in accordance with FCA guidelines and other regulatory requirements. Review, development and implement suitable policies and procedures for internal oversight Ensure that all internal and external processes are met to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. Policy Development Draft Policy and Policy Standards and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to agree content, minimum standards and controls Provide advice and guidance to the business on the application of the Policy to their business areas and on the adequate implementation of controls. This will include the expectations business for control testing Review and challenge business proposals to ensure that there has been adequate consideration of the regulatory requirements and evidence of appropriate actions to ensure delivery of fair customer outcomes Provide compliance and conduct advice on queries and projects Develop a strong and robust process for the effective capture and delivery of conduct risk reporting to Senior Management.
