Overview
ARM Maritime is partnered with an award winning Marine Manufacturer based near Portsmouth, UK who specialise in all types of yacht design and build that are looking for someone to join their sales team as an Account Manager (German speaking). This role would be suited to asales person with a technical background in Yacht/Marine engineering as well as some sales experience in face to face relationship management and the ability to negotiate. You will need to be self motivated and proactive as your role will include managing both existing relationships and the responsibility of identifying new business opportunities when possible . You will work closely with the rest of the sales team to provide up to date accurate market information as well as communicating with your client/customer base as effectively as possible. To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria; Must be able to speak fluent German English (full proficiency) Strong technical knowledge in Marine Engineering, products or design. Previous sales experience preferably in marine but not essential Proven track record in negotiating, pricing, margin levels and quotations Must be flexible to travel regularly to visit European customers/clients
