Are you keen to work for a global international company where you can use your Hebrew language skills? Look no further as we are recruiting for fluent German speakers to work as a Customer Advisor for our client in Belfast in Northern Ireland, UK. This is vibrant and multicultural city with lots of activities to do during the day as well as in the evening. Besides this, outside the city you will find beautiful countryside to explore! As a Customer Advisor you will represent a very well-known global software company, where you will be the first point of contact for their (business) clients. Your contact with your customers will be mostly done via inbound calls and you will listen to their needs and would recommend product and services to them. High customer satisfaction and technical troubleshooting are also important in this role. We are looking for candidates who have: * Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in Hebrew and English * Previous customer service experience * Excellent listening and problem-solving skills * Eagerness to learn and develop The selection process is done remotely via email, phone and skype. Once you are successful you will be asked to book your own flight to Belfast, but your flight costs will be reimbursed, 7 nights in a city centre hotel upon arrival, Support in finding accommodation, opening bank accounts and much more. Advance in wages to help with first month's rent and deposit. Employment Type: Full time
