Claire's is growing rapidly in the Retail Partnerships/Concessions business space and has made this growth a top priority in its 5 year plan. In the role of Category Growth Analyst Retail Partnerships , you'll be supporting the executive team's strategic decisions for our global retail partnerships helping to determine the assortments, identify the trends and help Claire's react quickly to the changing needs of our global retail partners' consumers. Responsibilities * Head of insights relative to: assortment, optimization, and growth opportunities for our retail partners * Create/maintain/evolve all major concessions reporting for the company that drives the weekly operational needs as well as the Executive views that allow for an understanding of the health of the business overall * Help to curate our assortments across the partners' velocity groups/store clusters * Present to Retail Partner Management our insights and strategies for continuing to grow the business Year on Year * Work with team to inform future site selection with our Partners Qualifications + Experience * Bachelor's Degree or strong full-time retail, corporate experience * Strong experience in retail account category management or analytics * Intermediate Excel Skills (e.g. arrays, statistical functions, etc...) Preferred Qualifications + Experience * Store Clustering and Product Assortment Experience * SQL and Visualisation Tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Domo) * Worked on Large Retail Accounts, e.g. Tesco, Galeries Lafayette, Casino, Asda
