We are looking for candidates who is passionate in helping delivery strategy and operation consulting project for asset management industry (commercial bank asset management, financial holding group, investment funds, insurance asset management, trust, securities firms etc). key roles of this position include: Lead asset management industry strategy design project, help asset management firm design corporate strategy, business model and investment strategy, management processes and related policies and/or Lead asset management industry investment management framework optimization project, related to both secondary market investment and alternative investment, such as investment management, post-inv management, process optimization and etc. and/or Lead asset management industry business operation framework optimization project, related to product operation , investment operation and digital transformation Capabilities we're looking for include: *Strong consulting background, skilled in proposal development, client presentation and delivery team management *Experience in asset management industry, have very good understanding about domestic and oversea asset management industry, leading players' business model *Have very strong knowledge about capital market financial instruments, like ABS, equity, bond, derivatives, commodities, OTC products etc., Or about alternative investment, like non-standard debt investment, equity investment. *Have very strong experience on investment management process modelling and optimization *Have strong knowledge about investment performance analysis and performance attribution methodology *Have strong knowledge about asset allocation and portfolio optimization models and methodology,and investment data modelling and consolidation *Have reasonable knowledge about market risk measurement and valuation *Experience on factor based investment strategy or risk management will be a plus *Experience on trading, or risk management or investment management software package will be a plus Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor Degree Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) English Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
