Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team at our Newhouse, Motherwell site. What you will be doing? * You will look after customer enquiries, expedites, delivery issues and tracking requests * You will collaborate with Production Control, PA Team and Source Factories to handle supply chain and ensure delivery of product in line with customers' requirements. * You will focus on strategic customers, attend meetings, be a key contact for all customer related issues. * You will be a liaison between customer and other Honeywell functions (Engineering, Trade Compliance, Quality, Operations) * You will deal with customer complaints via RMA process in SAP (warranty issues, short or wrong shipments, missing documentation etc.) * You will support operational KPIs (Bookings, Billings & Backlog, Telephone Stats, Pending Orders, OTD, Response Time RMAs) We're looking for: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multiple customer accounts. * Proficiency in French and English both written & orally. * Experience of working within a customer care environment. * An ambitious individual looking for a career with a market leader. * High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
