Job Summary: The fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Site Supervisor to run the Integral contract on site at Marham. The successful individual will work closely with the Integral administration supervisor in the day-to-day running of the office and will provide support for our on-site engineers. Main duties & responsibilities: * To liaise with the Integral administration supervisor based on site. * To schedule the work of the maintenance team based on site and any Integral mobile support. Co-ordinate the activities of call-off subcontractors to visit site and carry out preventive checks and emergency visits as required by the client. * To supervise the duties of Integral engineering staff and specialised engineering support staff and provide administration and hand on support where required, including records on the computerised Planned Maintenance System. * Maintain site records of maintenance activities, including reports on a regular and ad -hoc basis. * To liaise with the client Logistics Operations Manager and Integral Management, and respond to changes or modifications to the day to day working of the contract as necessary. * To ensure that Integral employees and sub-contractors adhere to safe working practices and procedures commensurate with client Health & Safety requirements * To request COSHH assessments on materials used on site by Integral staff and Integral subcontractors. * Plan and co-ordinate major and minor moves and reorganisations * To monitor the delivery of the necessary works to fulfil L8 requirements as detailed within the Water Risk Assessment. * With the support of the Integral Management carry out Risk Assessment & Method Statements for the activities of the site based Integral engineering staff and contractors, to complete HSF070 RAMS Vetting forms as required. * To promote an excellent H&S culture, reporting and issuing near miss and good catch forms as required. * To raise client purchase orders to maintain stock levels of building maintenance and engineering spares. Arrange allocation and distribution of the spares. * To co-ordinate emergency work out of hours. In conjunction with the site maintenance engineering team to provide 24 hour callout on a rota basis. To be responsible for contacting the Integral Maintenance emergency specialist if required. Key Skills and Qualifications * A minimum of City & Guilds qualifications within Building Services or other trade * A good knowledge of all building services * Ability to use Microsoft Packages ie. Outlook, Word, Excel * Ability to develop a good understanding of the clients business requirements * Work overtime when required * Have a sound knowledge of our client base and specific contractual agreement with them * To reduce the aged open work orders * Respond to emails in a timely manner * Ensure engineers are working compliantly to industrial standards and Integral policy and procedures About Us We're Integral, part of JLL.
