The programme is a high profile initiative which requires lead members to have senior level exposure and play an active role in transforming the business The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a delivery lead to join the Operations TOM programme with responsibility for designing and implementing an enterprise data platform for accounting data "Consolidated ABOR" (Accounting Book of Record) to gather the accounting records of all our fund ranges in support of current and future ABOR based reporting needs including: Client Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Funds Under Management ("FUM") and look through use cases to support Finance, Marketing and Board reporting. The Consolidated ABOR will source and harmonise the accounting records from our key accountants in OEICS & SICAVs, Internal Life & Pension funds, and Aladdin Accounting for our Investment Accounting records for the Segregated fund ranges and a number of niche accountants typically supporting funds investing in Private Assets and Real Estate. You will be a key leader in the team driving the transformation as we move to being a more agile and scalable business working in collaboration with the wider multi functional and talented team to re-imagine and design the technical and operational capabilities for ABOR data management Key Work Level Accountabilities: Integration Leader: * Critical role in translating strategy into implementation plans, influences and contributes to the strategy * Ensures successful implementation of defined strategy * Typically leaders of teams, or technical roles will lead the provision of advice across an area of expertise * Balances competing requirements to deliver a balanced set of results, resolving significant or priority conflicts * Addresses problems with broad reaching ramifications, with a need to manage different parts of complex systems and link to the broader picture * Responsible for driving continuous improvement * Drives incremental and transformational change in response to experience of market and customer needs, typically leads the delivery of major programmes of work * Allocates resources optimally to deliver on strategy, prioritising conflicting resource demands, agendas and activities Key Responsibilities for this role: The ABOR Data Lead is responsible for overall delivery of the Consolidated ABOR Data solution - the capability to source, validate, harmonise, assure and expose ABOR data to end systems and consumers with security and reference data enrichment from market data sources. The successful candidate will be responsible for * Supporting the mobilisation and initiation of the ABOR Data workstream within Operations TOM * Developing high level options and agreement of the target technology and data model Owning the collation of requirements leading to the detailed design * Provide input into commercials and contract negotiations with vendors or suppliers * Oversight and direction of the build of the solution * Development of outputs and parallel testing to legacy outputs * Delivery of the target operating model for Consolidated ABOR * Decommissioning of legacy platforms * Development of the workstream implementation plan, resourcing, cost, phasing and timeline Management of all activities and deliverables within the work stream to ensure that the objectives, outcomes and requirements are met - analysis, testing, operational readiness, go live * Management
