A skilled sales professional with experience of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, you seek the challenge of new business, are motivated by success and have the skills to succeed in the competitive payments landscape. Job Description: Job Responsibilities: * Sell PayPal Platform commerce services (full stack card processing and fraud solutions) to a defined list of targets and demonstrate an ability to leverage existing relationships to deliver new business * Build and manage senior relationships up to C-level across multiple functions and divisions, from lead to live; a trusted authority in the eyes of your customer * Build strong relationships internally (finance, compliance, legal, marketing, product and integration) to enable efficient interaction between PayPal and the customer * Build on and leverage the strength of the relationships between the Customer Success Team and PayPal merchants to identify new upsell opportunities * An individual contributor, the ability to effectively manage a pipeline and be an organised administrator working within a defined sales process * To hit and exceed financial targets generated from merchant upsells and cross sells Job Requirements: * A hunter mentality, with a passion for selling and achieving new business sales results * 5+ years' experience in direct sales role selling into large enterprise companies gained in a position such as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager, in either a retail or e-commerce, or the payments industry ideally in a credit capacity * The ability to analyse data and identify opportunities and trends in merchant performance to improve prospect targeting * A proven track record of hitting and exceeding financial targets within a designated sales plan, demonstrating the ability to turn leads into successful new business * An entrepreneurial mind-set that is able to embrace and adapt to change, seeking new challenges and opportunities to win * Ability to understand the customers' needs, translating complex needs into solution propositions that will make a difference to a merchants business Subsidiary: PayPal Travel Percent: 0 Primary Location: London, London, United Kingdom Additional Locations: We're a purpose-driven company whose beliefs are the foundation for how we conduct business every day.
