What you'll be doing We have recently established a new Change Delivery Team to take forward an exciting programme of improvements. The primary purpose of the role is to lead and deliver an effective approach to business improvement and process re-engineering that generates measurable value, benefits and efficiencies for Curo and ensures our customer journeys are optimised More about you You will lead and manage business improvement and process diagnostics within identified areas of the business. You will be able to devise, determine and use appropriate tools and techniques which will measure effectiveness of current processes. In addition to that, you will determine and map processes and predict measurable benefits (using financial data, operational data, customer intelligence and other data). You be able to identify and remove process waste and inefficiency; set and agree business improvement targets delivered by process re-engineering. The ideal candidate will ensure process accountabilities are identified, and that owners agree and understand how they govern and quality assure these processes. Not only that but you will be able to demonstrate practical deployment of Lean Manufacturing, Systems Thinking or other equivalent operations excellence models and have recent experience of both Agile and waterfall delivery practices, preferably be SAFe certified. At the same time you will demonstrate resilience and the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!
