Jobskey Consultancy UK LTD is recruiting a Senior SME Engineer in London UK Job Location: London,UK Employment Type : Contract Years of Experience Required: 3+ Job Description: To use extensive knowledge and skills to develop solutions aligned to one or more platform areas including Oracle Fusion, SAP ECC and the Aptitude Accounting Hub providing guidance and direction within the Financial Accounting Tower. By working independently or collaboratively relative to size, significance, scope and scale, the Senior SME will make recommendations and co-ordinate/oversee an efficient and effective delivery of software solutions to meet business goals 1.Uses extensive understanding of the key stakeholders to deliver results (e.g. business, 3rd party supplier) and within Group IT. 2.Uses extensive understanding of CUSTOMER (Banking) standards(both technical standards such as code control, and industry compliance). 3.Uses extensive knowledge to continuously improve and advocate best practices and knowledge sharing activities. 4. Review platform deliverable s in scope to support change within agreed timescale 5.Review cross-application documentation(including trace ability) created by others. 6 To own ones development plan and seek opportunities to continuously improve. Uses his/her expert knowledge to over see the coaching and mentoring process. 7.Uses extensive knowledge to support the assessment of requirements and their impact on supporting / downstream applications. Once assessed provide appropriate guidance and direction to define options and make recommendations. 8.Uses extensive understanding of the Quality Assurance function and provides joined up approach to development and testing of solutions. 9.Uses extensive understanding of the engagement process for third parties, offshore and outsourcing partners and enables teams to work with the partners in a highly effective way. 10.Uses extensive understanding of the alignment of the platform to support Business and Group IT strategies. 11.To perform own work in accordance with the values and behaviors and risk parameters of the Group 12.Takes responsibility for executing the CBP account-abilities; developing, maintaining and continuously improving end to end compliance for critical business processes and applications owned by the platform.
