It would likely help to have a similar profile to the below too... 3 years+ recruiting with high standards of client delivery Assured sales skills Managed complex recruitment processes Have a passion and understanding for Entrepreneurship Have worked with technical candidates or C-suite positions Clear and consistent evidence of success What you'll do In the role you'll be taking on everything you've learnt as a recruiter but primarily focus on Headhunting 'outliers' to join our investment programme Interviewing candidates against investment criteria Managing offers and onboarding to the programme Converting interested leads into applicants Attending events across the country to share our mission Building partnerships with leading institutes to grow our community.
