Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to sell WARC's solutions to Brand Owners. Our services include subscription access to WARC (www.warc.com), consultative advisory projects, presentations and advertising data. 50% inbound leads, 50% outbound proactive targeting of a hitlist of companies within a defined territory patch. Key responsibilities * Follow up on inbound leads - taking their initial interest and building on this through contact by phone, email, F2F or online meeting (for overseas prospects) - resulting in a serious sales opportunity and then on to close. * To pro-actively target new prospects, initiating first contact and building a relationship to the point that they are highly familiar with what we are and what we could do for them - resulting in a serious sales opportunity. * Achieve a personaltarget & work with other members of the global New Business and Client Services team to grow specific accounts where suitable. * Using our CRM system to record, in a timely manner, accurate details of our relationships with clients and prospects. * To work closely with other members of the WARC, The Work team, and other Ascential brands where needed to create a seamless sales experience for the prospect. KPIs: * No. of opportunities created * No. of F2F meeting/demo/online meetings/agenda-driven calls * Number of outgoing activities * Conversion of opportunities into new business * Hitting sales targets This list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver.
