An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Team Coach / Call Coach to join a globally recognised healthcare organisation with a modern office in Glasgow City Centre. Requirements An excellent understanding of end to end sales roles Experience in coaching techniques Ability to engage a wide audience Experience in a target driven sales environment Ability and awareness to identify sales trends You’re comfortable and effective at delivering constructive feedback You the ability to work close with key stakeholders at all levels The Job and You As Team Coach / Call Coach, you’ll be reporting to the Sales Intelligence Manager, Call Coaches are responsible for delivering continual coaching across various distribution channels. You are ultimately responsible for continuously enhancing performance and results. Key responsibilities will include (but not restricted to) : - Creating coaching plans Target driven Responsible for driving increased team and individual KPI’s Presenting detailed coaching reports Work closely with team manager to identify challenges and coaching requirements Identifying opportunities to enhance key sales metrics Provide insights on advisor behavior/customer and market trends Setting actions to improve processes and following up on these Call listening Delivering group coaching sessions To Apply Please have an up to date CV.
