The Director of Strategy and Integration will play a key role in the development and implementation of the UHCW integrated care strategy working closely with partners to ensure key Trust priorities are aligned to overall vision for the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System. A key dimension will be to support the system need to redesign the end to end patient pathways across Coventry and Warwickshire. Working in collaboration with clinicians and stakeholders both internally and externally to influence and shape the development of new models of care. The post-holder will support the Chief Strategy Officer interfacing with the Coventry and Warwickshire Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) to develop and take forward business strategies on behalf of UHCW, ensuring the strategy remains relevant and consistent with national and local NHS policy. Leading the Strategy team and deputising for the Chief Strategy Officer taking responsibility for the development of the Trust business strategy to ensure that the Trust is well sighted on the external drivers and is forward focused to respond strategically.
