My client specialises in Home Improvements around Scotland & is recruiting due to growth Think you have what it takes? My client is looking to recruit a sales lead generation specialist, The role has been developed to ensure the business continues to experience flourishing growth The successful individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound marketing calls, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential Essential skills required A previous successful lead generation track record within a B2B/B2C environment Experience working towards telephone based KPIs Great customer service and rapport building skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Minimum 1 year in relevant field preferred.
