Job Description
An exciting opportunity to play a key role in our future. You will be responsible for project managing all aspects of the route including trains, stations, onboard, commercial and legal. Requirements Were looking for someone to * Identify the required work packages needed for the ongoing implementation of the Amsterdam service. * Understand and highlight the critical path for all work packages, obtaining regular updates on progress, identify key risks and address any issues. * Prepare monthly Steering Committee materials in advance and ensure key issues are addressed and discussed. * Identify creative solutions to any obstacles that could prevent a successful implementation of any aspects of the service. Youll need. * Project Management - theability to coordinate projects across multiple owners, including identification and management of critical paths, risks and dependencies. * Communication - excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident and assertive, able to achieve buy-in from key senior stakeholders. * Persuading & Influencing - a flair for building relationships internally and with our partners (Siemens, NS, SNCB), steering discussions and influencing decisions. * Innovation & Creativity - finds creative solutions in a complex and sometimes ambiguous working environment.
