In that case, the Experience Assistant Accountant position offers you both practical experience and an opportunity to deepen your specialist knowledge in an international environment. Requirements * You have graduated from a university or a university of applied sciences and you have at least two years' work experience in the accountancy field of operations; * You are a talented go-getter with ambition; * You are communicative and have good social skills. You have a good command of Dutch and English (both written and spoken); * You have good project management (planning and control) skills; * While you are a team player, you can also work independently; * Furthermore, you have a good sense of humour. Responsibilities As an experienced assistant accountant (known as a senior associate at PwC), you will act as the point of contact for the customer and bear responsibility for the planning and completion stages of the audit of the financial statements. You will also conduct tasks aimed at auditing the customer's internal control measures. You will be responsible for supervising and carrying out the internal audits. You will coach less experienced colleagues and assess their performance. Your week will comprise four days of work and one day of study (on Friday you will attend lectures for your post-Master's study programme. You will be working with different teams. The size of the team can variate depending on the client from 2 till 10 people. The team exist out of Partner/Director till starter. Everyone on the team has their own responsibilities in order to sign at the end the annual report.
