Job Description

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in London. As part of our HR team, your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment * Managing the weekly global recruitment mailer - across NAM, EMEA & APAC * Support interview booking process, working directly with Hiring Managers across the Ascential Group * Responding to queries sent to the Talent Acquisition inbox * Posting new job postings across different platforms - Ascential Careers Website, LinkedIn, Job Boards, etc * Owning the Ascential Careers site - auditing job advert standards and availability * Supporting Talent Acquisition Team projects * Supporting with direct sourcing and CV review Administration * Work with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure the data accuracy of the vacancy tracker * Support Talent Acquisition team with adhoc reporting requests * Processing any adhoc requests and reporting through the Workday system * Utilising the Workday system to ensure best recruitment practice is adhered to and becoming, in time, a Workday super user Your experience * A keen attention to detail * A passion for building a career in Talent Acquisition * Experience of managing the end to end recruitment process (preferred) * Experience of data reporting (not essential) * Flexibility and willingness to manage a substantial workload and at times conflicting priorities * Able to build strong relationships and deliver a first class service * Maintains confidentiality, uses sound judgement and performs independently * Excellent interpersonal skills * A positive "can do" attitude * Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritising your own workload What we offer Our benefits package incorporates what we're passionate about - unlocking your future, overall well-being and sustainability - whilst giving you control over your benefits. * 25 days of holiday per year - with the option to buy or sell between 1-5 days * Great learning and development opportunities * Pension, Private Medical and Dental Insurance plans * Life Assurance; Income Protection and Critical Illness covers * Option to opt into the Ascential Shares Scheme * Volunteering opportunities * Season ticket loans In addition, we offer flexible benefit packages that include Childcare Vouchers; Cycle to Work; Retail Vouchers; Gourmet Card; Gym Flex; Gadget Insurance, Health Assessments and Will Writing.
