Job Description Live-In Care Assistant Here at Home Instead South Bucks we are looking to grow our team of Live-In Care Assistants. We are looking for kind, caring, compassionate people who are reliable and wishing to make a difference in supporting people in their own local community. We cover High Wycombe, Amersham, Little Chalfont, Chalfont St Peter, Chalfont St Giles, Beaconsfield, Chesham, Stokenchurch, Marlow, Bourne End, Gerrard's Cross and all areas in between South Buckinghamshire. You will need experience as a professional Care Assistant and may already have been working in a residential setting, or, you are a domiciliary Care Assistant. Live-In Care Assistant benefits: Sector leading pay of 120 per day/ 840 per week Holiday pay A variety of flexible rotas 2-hour break, once a day Receive industry leading training and excellent support Pension scheme In-house Learning and Development programme Fully supported on-going training also working to achieve the Care Certificate City & Guilds accredited Alzheimer's training What is expected from a Live-In Care Assistant? To provide the highest quality 24-hour care and enable our clients to live life to the full in their own home. You will be responsible for delivering your client's personalised care plan and health goals. You will maintain a positive relationship with your client, their family, friends and those supporting their health and well-being as well as being trustworthy and compassionate.
