The role will: + Manage, lead rollout and continuous utilisation of the winning business/gate process and BD&S governance across the ICI Division - responsible for ensuring the opportunity sign off process and company approval matrix are adhered to at all times. + Manage, lead rollout, including training, and continuous utilisation of the MS Dynamics CRM system and leveraging it to enhance sales performance and productivity + Manage, collate and disseminate in a timely manner BD&S information and reports on a weekly and monthly basis + Ensure the three business areas of the ICI division adhere to the process, setting up and supporting formal opportunity reviews, weekly and monthly calls, and ad hoc meetings + Manage and develop the processes, systems and toolsets associated with IR/CD-Rs and Primes in order to get the most out of them + Actively seek continuous improvement opportunities and make process improvements when needed + Implement and drive key metrics to the business, reporting to the leadership team on pipeline, sales performance and forecasting accuracy. Highlighting exceptional performance and those which need additional focus + Support the Division and Business Areas, provide accurate data for smart and analytical based decision making + Maintain relationships with both internal and external customer representatives and key stakeholders, facilitate wider L3Harris team engagement. + Support the ICI Business Development & Sales Team where required **The Person We Seek** Driven, adaptable, innovative, self-starter capable of quickly assimilating information from a range of sources. Someone who is keen to make a difference by suggesting improvements, implementing changes and progressing our business. **Your Skills & Experience** + Knowledge of opportunity lifecycle, capture/winning business process, such as Shipley and/or Miller Heiman + A self-starter that excels in being a team player with experience of internal cross-functional interactions - sales, marketing, finance, customer support, engineering etc. + Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM tool (advantageous) + Ability to think laterally to solve problems. + Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interact and lead internal and external senior customers across all levels. + Excellent negotiator, experienced at managing and resolving conflicts. + Excellent communications skills both written and oral; confident presenter. **More Information** This role require successful candidates to undergo and maintain a Baseline Personnel Security Standard and/or United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) to obtain a Security Check (SC) without restrictions. In some instances Developed Vetting (DV) is required.
