WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for Senior Product Managers to join the product team at Form3. Here's the thing about our product managers, yes they might be payment geeks - but they are awesome - ask our clients... really do...... They get to OWN their products, they get DEDICATED developer resources, they get to design and ACTUALLY BUILD world first services (already changing the payment world for banks and fintechs), they work DIRECTLY with clients to help those clients build things which are amazing. If that's the sort of place you want to work - we would love to hear from you! I suppose you'll also have to be a payment geek who knows about bank payments too with a good understanding of payment schemes such as BACS, CHAPS, SEPA, SEPA Instant and SWIFT. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Product Management and Development * Product Strategy - contributing to development of product strategy including product level P&L targeting. * Product Design - definition of functional and operational product requirements * Development Roadmap - contributing to generation of development roadmap for products and services offered to clients, including prioritisation process, approach and decisions. To include both innovation and incremental go to market release schedule (with dependency on technology and other functions). * Product Library - directory, documentation and ownership of product capabilities offered to clients including both functional and non-functional requirements. * Product Sales Support - generation and management of sales supporting literature and client facing support as needed. * Product Training - client and internal training programmes and approach based on released capabilities. * Product Performance - Establishment and reporting on KPIs which best measure success of the proposition * Supplier Management - management of external suppliers where delivering core product services and capabilities (therefore not including technology only partners). Personal and Team Working and Development * Resources - collaborate with other product managers and where appropriate management of product managers * Culture - support a culture of forward and innovative thinking, encouraging the product team to always be curious and looking for new problems to solve * Performance - constantly motivating product managers and owners to think about our two-sided business model from multiple viewpoints, translating this into an iterative approach to product development * Development - actively work with any direct reporting members of the product team on their career development goals, helping them achieve their individual objectives Other * Collaboration - work with a wide range of stakeholders within technology, marketing and commercial will result in a coordinated approach to product development, creating short lines of communication to dedicated product teams * Thought Leadership - external profile building through thought leadership papers, presentation, event attendance focussed on key capabilities / market views.
