Job Description
School of Sport, Exercise & Health Sciences Maternity cover A Research Associate is sought to lead a project on developing and implementing return-to-work guidance on mental health for businesses amid COVID-19 concerns. Based at Loughborough University, the successful applicant will work closely with the research teams at Warwick, Coventry and Nottingham Universities and key contacts at Midland Engine who have funded the study. Applicants must hold a PhD or Doctorate qualification in a discipline related to occupational psychology, health psychology or equivalent, and have experience of implementing and evaluating intervention studies. A qualification in CBT-based coaching is desirable. This full-time post is offered on a maternity cover contract for 12-months (or the earlier return of the post-holder) starting Monday 7th September 2020. Requests for job-share will be considered.
