Senior Strategy & Analytics Associate We issued our very first credit card way back in 1996 and have since grown to become one of the UK's top ten card providers. What you'll be doing; Joining our Business Analyst job family, you will have responsibility for solving the interesting and intellectually challenging problems that allow us to grow. Specifically, you will; * Join our Marketing or Analytics teams and set the agenda for either our Credit, Product or Marketing strategies * Work fluently with a variety of information sources; connecting detailed analysis of our customer level data with qualitative feedback from user research or line operations * Synthesize and articulate the insights arising from this information into coherent market-facing strategies that deliver sustainable growth and positive customer * Present to and work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver on this strategic intent * Continually review and evaluate the impact of your strategies in light of external market and economic conditions - optimizing for further innovation and understanding * If London based - you'll be flexible to visit our Nottingham HQ on a weekly basis We expect to see; * Whether demonstrated through academic or professional experience, you'll be at ease with numbers and enjoy solving problems that present numerically * You'll have examples of where your outstanding judgement and critical thinking has delivered business impact * A desire and drive to succeed.
