The Job Mind Gym is a business with significant amounts of data across a number of sources. We have reporting needs throughout the business that will allow us to improve our data driven decision making. This role will be responsible for driving our approach on data modelling, structured query and accessible reporting. You will be supported by the broader Technology team which includes data and software engineering skills. A typical day might include: * Understanding needs vs current reports with business stakeholders * Modelling, querying and optimising reports * Sourcing key commercial data from Salesforce, Netsuite and PowerBI * Maintaining the health of data integrations with Boomie and Celigo * Sourcing and merging from additional data-sources such as WebEx / Zoom and others with an API * Helping us build a generative team culture with high co-operation, shared risks, encouraged bridging and blame free post-mortems About you: * Essential * You love answering business intelligence questions and have been doing it for at least 2 years * Experience with data warehousing and data modelling techniques * Creation and optimisation of SQL queries * Experience of Power BI * Experience of commercial reporting from a variety of data sources * Desirable * Knowledge of AWS, Redshift and data lake techniques * Knowledge of Looker * Aspirations toward data engineering and data science If this sounds like something you'd be great at, we'd love to hear from you.
